Kelley Dong (b. 1996) is a writer, producer, and director from San Jose, California. They live in Toronto.

Their writing has appeared in MUBI Notebook, Cinema Scope, Film Comment, The Village Voice, and the Harvard Film Archive. They participated in the fifth edition of the Locarno Critics Academy in 2016. From 2018 to 2022, they were a staff writer for the online publication MUBI Notebook.

As a producer and director, their films have screened at the Toronto International Film Festival, Prismatic Ground, Onion City Experimental Film Festival, Filmpodium, Jeonju IFF, ICA London, Close-Up Film Center, Cineteca Madrid, FACETS in Chicago, and more.
